**Disappointing Service at Labworks CAMC Charleston, WV** I recently had a very frustrating experience at Labworks CAMC in Charleston. After going in for a test, I was asked to fill out two separate forms for email and mail service. It's now been two weeks, and there's been absolutely no response—neither by email nor through the mail.
