Lady was huffing and puffing ,sorry you were having a bad day but could not have been more rude ,usually alway nice people at lab works but that lady couldn't have acted more poorly ...0 stars
Got here at 6:45 still sitting here at 7:32 watching everybody walk around like they are busy but doing nothing. Then set in a chair for 15 minutes listening to everybody talk about how they don't know what they are doing and are short handed.
Very professional and kind. Came in early, no lengthy wait. Facility is clean and well organized.
