I had read a lot of mixed reviews beforehand and was a little nervous about going. But I decided to go anyway and see for myself—and I’m glad I did. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. I already had a good idea of what my issue was, so the visit went smoothly. I explained my symptoms, and they were able to prescribe the right medication to help me. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend going.

Can't say enough positive things about Dr. Hughart and her professionalism. Above all expectations and one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure of working with. From our first interaction to the day of surgery, you couldn't wish for a better experience.

I have thought sometime before giving this review, of Greenbrier Valley Urology My doctor at this office had requested several test be performed after I had a urinary tract infection at the first of the year one of the requested procedures was a cystoscopy, which I was extremely nervous about having. On the day of the procedure I showed up at the office and told the staff that I was terrified beyond all logical reason. My pleas were ignored. Not at all satisfied with this practice. Went for pre op (drove 1hour / gas $4.50 gallon) was called on my way home to come back the next day because they forgot to take blood for Labs. Surgery went well. Hospital stay did not. Went to scheduled Post op 2 weeks later. Signed in and presented My card which was scanned. Arrived 15 minutes early and sat in the main waiting room for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Called everyone but me. So I left. Very unprofessional outfit.
