I went for a well check up, absolutely nothing wrong with me, doctor billed as a sick visit because I said I was tired because I’m a single mom and work a lot. Insurance wouldn’t pay for the well check visit that you’re allotted once a year because the doctor coded as a sick visit. Don’t go here if you’re trying to get preventative care and use your insurance. Or don’t say you’re tired I guess…smh. I even disputed with my insurance because that’s insane, and I’m guessing doctor didn’t amend code.

I called about a cough for my husband it took 24 hours for them to call back and say there was cough medicine called into the pharmacy then I called about an infected foot they would not call in a prescription and they hung up on me this doctor's office cares about nothing but their income nurses doctors all included I used to have the highest regard for these nurses and doctors but recently their call time is pathetic you need an appointment they can't see it for weeks and sometime months at a time they don't care if they'r... read more
