Don't answer calls or return calls if you can leave a message. Mostly the mail boxes are full and message is unable to be left
No answer when you call and leave a voicemail and still no response. My opinion they dont care about their patients.
Will not answer phone calls or call you back. Can not get refills and prescription called in, pharmacy can't get a response from them as well!!! Good luck!
They will NOT answer the phone. I had a phone call reminding me that me appointment was coming soon but I could not attend it. I tried calling them multiple times but they would never answer the phone. I even left a voicemail and they still did not reach out
Cannot get ahold of them at all so if you need them you will more than likely have to actually go in! I can’t even get a prescription refill through the phone because there is no one to answer the phones!
