I am a person that is BIG on customer service. The representatives that work in this office are one worded and very rude. I pay over $120.00 in a policy monthly on time without a hiccup and when I cancel my policy 5 days after a payment all I’m entitled to is a $10 and no one can explain to me fully why, or where it states it in my policy. All I wanted to know is why no one explained that underwriting prior to canceling. Because I could have stuck it out.
