Unfortunately, I had a negative experience here. I was assured that a cleaning would cost a certain amount and that would be it. So I paid that amount. Later I was billed for more money, despite all the assurances otherwise. When I questioned the discrepancy, the office refused to acknowledge any mistake and instead responded with dismissive and hostile gaslighting.
