We can highly recommend Cambridgeshire Bathrooms, Sawston and particularly Merle who was brilliant from our initial speculative visit to the showroom through to completion of the installation. She listened to what we wanted but also used her experience and expertise to offer advice when we were unsure. Thanks to Merle's vision we now have a lovely bathroom with which we are delighted.
Lucia from Cambridge Bathrooms in Sawston designed and managed the project. I had excellent advice, input and communication throughout. All products are high end so this may not have been the cheapest option but it was completely hassle free and I am delighted with the result. I was given a cancellation slot for my fitting so Lucia and I confirmed design details, selected products that were already in stock and available for early delivery and the project was set to start and be completed in 3 weeks. We visited to gain some ideas for refurbishing our bathroom. We were given a friendly greeting by the gentleman seated near the entrance and equally very helpful advice from the ladies on the ground and upper floors. Prices mentioned were higher than expected so we will see what alternatives are available before making any decisions.
Fantastic design service and helpful advice from Stan who always responded quickly to any queries. Good range of products and tiles in the showroom. We refurbished our ensuite and downstairs cloakroom. The ensuite now feels so much more spacious with better storage. The new shower works brilliantly and the fitter resolved issues we had with our old bathroom and shower. Our fitter David Shorten was recommended to us by Stan and he did an excellent job. Dangerous driving from one driver who performed a close pass that could have seriously injured me (11/05, Cromwell Road). Complete disregard for the safety of other, vulnerable, road users. I hope you show more compassion and care in your trade.
