Don't do it to yourself Rude management, rude emergency maintenance staff, unsustainable billing practices. Property management place a fog light shining directly into both of my bedroom windows and my patio door. I would never recommend anyone come live in this place. You are better off elsewhere, or on the corner.
pretty nice ones, no security gates though i like these apartments...they are nicely located on 42nd street, has a shuttle stop for usf students and employee, and are quite spacious. the only problem with these apts is...there is no security at all....no gates, no boundaries...they are just straight away on the road. Other than that, the management is excellent, they are one of the best around, so they go early in the year... and are well maintained.
