I've lived here for 11 years now. The apartments--not sure who owns those, but towards the middle/back, those are all individually owned. I got lucky-I have had great owners since day 1. I have an issue, they fix it. I have Pitties, they love them. My rent has barely changed in the last decade, which is amazing. Everyone's experience will be different here because of the individually owned duplexes/quads/etc. i will say that the roads are atrocious. Has the worst potholes by any complex and has double speed bumps beware of this place gonna definitely need alignment every month as your gonna hit a huge pot hole coming in and going out each day no maintenance on sight and many different owners so hard to contact anyone on issues also been hearing gun shots lately and has trash overflowing furniture left out for many days in the parking lot and lots of opossums and many raccoons and skunks live under the homes as they have poor foundation and no upkeep is done just beware
