Absolutely amazing vet's. Great care, understanding staff, even with a highly strung reactive senior cat like my rescue girl. I've been taking my cat there from 2021, and they've dealt with everything; from nail trims and vaccinations to dentistry and investigating potentially serious illnesses, with aplomb.

Our sweet trusting little girl Lillooet died from elective surgery that Cambridge Veterinary Group encouraged us to go with, telling us it was a ‘fun and easy operation’ that would significantly reduce her risk of developing cancer in later life. They gave us to believe this was a routine, low-risk operation that they even did in large numbers. It has been a week now and we are still in shock. The vets themselves are always kind and courteous, reassuring my dog when it’s clear she’s not a fan of being on the examination table. I’ve always felt listened to ... read more

They mislead me and offered me the option to pay for my cats surgery in full, then when I agreed to, they refused to accept it. So the only options they left me with after that were to put him to sleep or sign him over. I shall be taking this further legally speaking. Also I shall be setting up a group on Facebook for anyone who has faced injustice at the hands of this business. The charity they involved are also aware of how they neglected to inform them that he's an indoor cat, and how they risked his safety in doing so.
