They mislead me and offered me the option to pay for my cats surgery in full, then when I agreed to, they refused to accept it. So the only options they left me with after that were to put him to sleep or sign him over. I shall be taking this further legally speaking. Also I shall be setting up a group on Facebook for anyone who has faced injustice at the hands of this business. The charity they involved are also aware of how they neglected to inform them that he's an indoor cat, and how they risked his safety in doing so.
Excellent veterinary practice, very knowledgeable and caring.
