Caroline’s advice very quickly resolved both an itchy scalp and hair loss - both of which I’d suffered for a year. I only wish I’d made the appointment sooner!
I visited Caroline last month regarding my ongoing hair loss over the past two years. Caroline, truly is a brilliant trichologist! She is so warm and welcoming. Made me feel very comfortable. She helped me discover that my vitamin D level is extremely low. This could be the reason for my hair troubles. She conducted a full scalp/hair examination. I visited Caroline in June and July this year for my recent hair loss. My experience was excellent, she was very thorough taking a detailed medical history, and took time to listen to my concerns. She examined my scalp and hair thoroughly. My scalp has improved following her recommendations and although my hair loss has not worsened, I have to be patient. Caroline is wonderful. She examined my scalp thoroughly before helping me to devise a course of action for my problem. Caroline then provided a treatment which left my scalp feeling like it had just had an expensive facial!
