Unprofessional, Rude an Demanding Driver named **** if the appointment wasnt so important I wouldnt road in this cab service!20 minutes early an speeding an yelled at me to allow him to add more people to ride alone.

Just like all other reviews way late. Tried calling ucare to switch companies to only be told they are under contract with them and nothing they can do. Had a great first ketamine treatment only to be ruined by having to wait an hour and 20 minutes for my ride to get there. Sitting here waiting to get ride to second apt and already 15 minutes late.

Worst customer service ever. You can never speak with a supervisor or manager. They have left our child without a ride and never contacted us. This morning we found out that they canceled the whole contract without telling us. They fraudulently bill for services not rendered. Their drivers are always late with no communication. This company should not be allowed to operate.

Totally Horrible experience with this company-First time using them ..And ''LAST' I kept waitting and calling the company...Finally they had the driver call me I had to cancel my appt.as the driver was an hour and a half late!!!-Since it was a fasting appt. for blood test's I was starving and furious.

This business is horrible. They don't pick you up at all, give you any notice of not showing up. Too many *********** are losing their medical appointments and this company needs to be sued or criminally prosecuted for not honoring their commitment to consumers.

Almost always late, last night the left me in a cold parking lot for a hour and 45 minutes even where they were picking me up closed. They kept telling me my driver was coming. That kept me from finding my own ride. Finally I had to find my own ride then when I called to tell the insurance company this morning they lied to cover there butts saying the driver had car problems.
