Unorganized. Underpaid. HR never replies to any emails. Supervisors no where to be found. Lack of communication. Low on stocks. Always something wrong with vendors. Working with fail parts. Employees clocking in and sleeping on the job. Problems never resolved. Hated working there.
Worst ever support service, and continuously overheating scanners. Don’t use their Chinese stuff!
Faulty servo scanners, poor galvo mirrors quality and terrible customer service. Their galvo mirrors coatings fall down!!! We have changed vendor and removed all Cambridge technology parts from our serial machines worldwide. I would recommend choosing carefully your vendors before partnering with this company.
