The staff here are very friendly and exceptional
Everything was great! Rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant was fantastic for supper, but breakfast the following morning was a disaster. We were staying because my daughter had hockey in Sydney and I had called down for breakfast before 9 am, they said it was busy so it would’ve be a little over a half hour. That’s fine, understandable even because it’s such a big hotel and was most likely booked up, and we had time. Well I called an hour later to check on it as we still hadn’t gotten our breakfast. Great stay and excellent customer service
I rarely leave reviews but I felt my experience at The Simon this weekend warranted one. Check in with Erin couldn't have gone smoother and she went above and beyond for us. Rooms are a great size and very clean. Location is downtown and close to everything. Very well maintained hotel. Although I don't go to Sydney much, it will definitely be my hotel of choice in the future. High recommend it!
