⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After a long day of travel, we had a hard time finding a place to stay late at night, until we came across Simon Hotel Sydney. We were greeted by Dany, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable right away. He quickly arranged a spacious room and made the whole check-in process seamless. His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference — what could have been a stressful night turned into a great start to our stay. Thank you, Dany, for your exceptional service! 👌

We were having trouble finding a hotel for me & my family late in the night and then I found Simon Hotel Sydney. Upon arrival Dany received us, got us a nice room and helped us through the check-in process seamlessly and his service was impeccable .

We were received by Danny at the front desk, and right away he made us feel so welcome & he was so kind throughout the whole check in process and had 10/10 customer service! He even mentioned to let him know if ever we need something to call and he will make sure we get the service, and it was almost 1am. Thank you for your kind service Danny! The room was also very clean and comfortable & for a great price we booked the suite! 10/10 recommend! All the staff we came across were super nice!
