Took my new pup there on a friend’s recommendation and have loved it. Dr. McCullough is so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! And very patient with a new dog parent!
Mary the front desk associate thinks it's appropriate to verbally insult customers. Claire was also rude. Update: I spoke with leadership and this issue was addressed. As far as the vet goes, the doctors are top notch and Chris had always been great as well. I am cautiously optimistic I will not have another negative experience going forward.
While we were out or town our dog sitter noticed Lily wasn’t feeling well. I called the vet and the sitter took her in and she was attended to. My dog sitter remarked how wonderful the vet and staff were. This is the same treatment I’ve always received by our vet. They are the best!!
I was recommended to this practice by a friend and couldn’t be more happy with the care and service I’ve received from the whole CSAH team. Everyone from front desk, to vet techs, to the 2 different doctors I’ve seen have all been super kind and informative while figuring out some of my kitten’s health issues. Definitely recommend CSAH to all!
