The apartment was very clean when I moved in. Maurren was so sweet to meet me on her holiday to had over the keys and let me in my apartment. I was personally welcomed by Shane, the one who tends to apartment details, to make sure I found that all was working well within the apartment. Lovely community.
I have lived at Cambridge Square now for over three years and can confidently say that I've been overall very pleased with my experience. The value for the downtown Bethesda area is really quite excellent. The property manager, Maureen, is very kind and always willing to answer any of my questions promptly. The actual maintenance and care we enjoy at Cambridge Square is fabulous. This is due to the daily/sustained attention given by the team on site to upkeep and sustain smooth living on site. In fact, it is a treat.
Cambridge Square is great. It is affordable, well maintained, and the staff are friendly and quick to respond to issues
Been here for over a year. It is old but very well kept and maintained apartments. Any maintenance issue I've had, Ms. Maureen and Shane get to it within hours to the next business day. Overall I'm very happy living here. Some neighbors have lived here for several years which tells you quite a bit. Definitely recommend Cambridge Square apartments!
