Our salesman, Glenn, helped us purchase a Whirpool washer and dryer. We visited the store on Thursday and after reviewing all the information Glenn had taken the time to get for us,, we purchased both items over the phone today. Glenn made the transaction very easy, complete with a confirmed delivery date for next Friday, the 21st. His product knowledge and helpful attitude is why we have sought him out over the past 15 years or so for many of our applicances. He has always been such an asset. Stan Wollmers

I came here from for truck drivers position. I been driving with CDL for over 5y and holding all my endorsement. My brother interviewed and did the road test. While the recruiter asked me to fill out a online application after he interviewed me in front of my brother with the road test instructor advising me of what the work consisted of and than doubting my ability to handle the work in front of my brother because I am a women. I and my wife have purchased a number of appliances from PC Richard & Son through Scott Gellman (Deer Park Store) over the years, specifically we furnished two (2) homes through Scott . I bought a 2800 laptop few months ago and I don’t know how it stop working that’s not the issue i think is more a brand issue, so when I went to the service center they were so kind so respectful and they gave me a receive for a full refund, I went to the store where I bought the laptop, when I told them I wanted a refund they got mad and they desperate tried to sell me a new computer even when I told them that I just wanted my money back, they got mad at me and start yelling telling me things like, just buy a new computer... read more

We recently bought a samsung tv and sound bar and had a hard time getting it to work. Our salesman, Vinnie Ditta was amazing. Very knowledgeable and very patient with us. Neither one of us is handy with technology and Vinnie went well out of his way to help us set up our new pieces and when we hit some difficulty did some research and got right back to us in a timely fashion. excellent service. George Jackson was terrific. He found me the exact cooktop that I wanted!. Not easy to due with limited quantities due to pandemic cut backs from manufacturers.

P.C. Richard Hauppauge is the place to go for all of your home needs. I always use Jamie as my sales person and must say he has unlimited knowledge with store products and I have never been disappointed. Pete the manager is also very nice.
