As a Jonathan’s Landing Member, I wanted to share how much we appreciate the officer currently stationed at our gate. We’ve forgotten her name, but she is from Queens and clearly brings a background from either ex-military or ex-police. She is incredibly articulate and polite, and we genuinely love seeing her at the gate. She is a credit to your team.
