This company’s behavior is completely unacceptable. I was physically assaulted by a Publix manager at one of their sites, and instead of taking the matter seriously or supporting me as an employee, Cambridge blamed me for the incident. Their response was not only irresponsible — it was disgraceful. No employee should ever be subjected to violence or blamed for speaking up. Cambridge has shown a blatant disregard for employee safety and accountability.
