Very slow to deliver equipment. While we appreciated the potential value of purchasing used equipment from them, we were very frustrated by the communication, willingness to provide updates or ETA, and delayed fulfillmemnt of the multi-item order. One item we ordered, they suggested should not be shipped and they offered to substitute a new but more basic model at FULL MARKET VALUE which was nice to get assurance of a working instrument, but at the sacrifice of the discounted value.
