This is a review of Karen Freeman, a mortgage loan officer at Cambridge Savings Bank. Ms. Freeman is extremely hard-working and doesn't miss even the smallest detail. It was always very easy to get in touch with her and she responded to all of our questions very quickly. We really appreciated all her help and feel very fortunate to have worked with her! I checked the website for their hours before going to the Lexington Branch but was told that the lobby had been closed for a month ！ Please update the information posted on your website The lady was kind enough to take my deposit through the door but I would really appreciate more accurate information on the website
Been with Cambridge Savings Bank for 30 years or more cannot understand negative reviews. This has to be one of the better banks to deal wit in all aspects. Customer service is affable and they always seem to put you in the area you need to be. I'm not a big spender from the east but an average customer. I do not understand complaints toward this bank.
