First class service from the friendly staff at Cambridge Saab. I was holidaying from the Netherlands in the area and suspected an issue with my 9-3 estate (V6, strange noise). one of the mechanics went with me to identify the problem. He swiftly diagnosed a probable broken heat shield that - though creating the annoying sound - could wait for repairs until I got home.
