Excellent local Cambridge-based plumber. Did the job properly. Arrived on time as agreed. Highly professional and conscientious. We have decided to do some further improvements to it heating system with him as a result of the good experience.
John arrived promptly, and did a great job of clearing my drains. He was very thorough, polite and personable. His work was very tidy, he had great tools and he left my kitchen clean despite the drains being badly blocked. His rate was also very reasonable. I can highly recommend John who is a professional in every way. I am delighted to have found him.
Nowadays it is getting very difficult to find a trustworthy tradesman. I was fortunate to find John who responded efficiently and professionally. He explained clearly his pricing before we went ahead with the work. Others might have taken a more expensive route, but John was very conscientious and tackled our problems cost effectively. We had plumbers in the past who charged us hundreds of pounds yet failing to fix the problem. John highlighted the issue and resolved it with no nonsense. Would highly recommend him.
John was recommended to me by a friend. He arrived on time, and sorted out the fill and flush mechanism in my toilet. He is a very pleasant man to deal with, he cleaned up after himself and the cost was reasonable. I feel that he is good at his job and trustworthy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
Amazing service - available to come out quickly, worked out where my leak was coming from, kept me in the loop of what he was doing while he was here, really friendly. Work was fast and efficient and good value
