Really disappointed with this place. I lived here 2 years. I paid my rent on time, never made a fuss. Gave them a heads up when I was about to move to schedule the move out walk through. I let them know my schedule was limited because I work 7am-7pm Mon-Fri. I had specially gotten time off work just to make this walk through happen. I confirmed with the office about our appointment. DO NOT LEASE HERE- even if you do not have other options. They will treat you horribly while over charging. Lease ELSEWHERE! I have lived here for 2 years- the first year wasn't without its problems- the 2nd year has been HELL ON EARTH. We have noisy neighbors that sound like elephants upstairs from midnight to 6am - and every morning the walls are so thin- I am woken up by the alarms of people upstairs every day at 5-am- the apt will not do ANYTHING. Maintinence was scheduled and on time. He was so nice and very helpful with what issues I had.
I Love living here! Management and office staff are always happy to help with any questions or problems. When anything needs to be fixed maintenance is usually pretty quick to get it taken care of. location couldn’t be better with sooo much within walking distance.
I have lived at Cambridge Place for two years and thoroughly enjoy it being my home. Roger and all the Greystar staff are great and go out of their way to create an excellent living experience. I appreciate everything they do.
