Horrible experience from the day i moved in to the day i moved out- it doesnt matter what new manager they have or had it was all a horrible experience. They forced me out of my home with a 72 hour vacate notice due to a accident one of my children did. They first lied about what happened and when i seen the video it was nothing as to what he first described to me. I Moved Down here from Jersey and this would be the last place I would move it has a new landlord and he very lazy landlord it’s a new person in the office every week very disrespectful he will kick you and give u 48hour to leave on his terms or he Will evict you and threatening you to leave by saying he’ll give u back ur security deposit if u leave and once u leave to get ur money back he will ignore your phone calls
I wrote an entire paragraph and deleted it. Simply put don’t waste your time with this unprofessional leasing office. They have been through multiple management companies in a 2 week span.
New(er) ownership! So whatever issues before April 2025 please give the team a chance. I'm sure there is positive traction, but don't judge based on reviews from last year on.
Great management, onsite property manager is awesome!
