Be Kind, Patience. Don't be a Karen or Aaaron. Waiting times can differ depending how busy it is. I heard while waiting in the waiting room people skills 🫣 manners some don't have any at all.
Emma at reception deserves a medal
Waited for an hour and a half to see Dr Abbas. No system of who will be called. Just randomly letting patients come inside his room whoever is close. Edit: Emma, the customer service manager had called me regarding the issue I got. She is very nice and very apologetic about what happened and mentioned that the receptionist that day was still on training. I do understand these circumstances and for Emma to go and beyond, that is truly exceptional - only means they look after their clients.
