Doctors were very condescending and rude.
Cambridge Otolaryngology is the absolute worse. Their billing process is probably as bad as it can be. They refuse to work with me to see if there is any financial assistance available. Additionally, the only way to pay was through mail or through the phone and tell you receipt is only available through the mail in 2 weeks. What sort of primitive process is this?! Doctor CHRISTIAN SONERU is extremely professional and attentive. I recommend him to all people.
Dr. James Spencer performed turbinate reduction surgery on me. I now have empty node syndrome because he removed nearly all of my turbinates. My breathing is a thousand times worse than before I saw him. I cannot advise anyone see him.
