This practice was excellent. The doctor and PA-C were knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. Every person I interacted with was relaxed and kind. I felt I learned a lot about my concerns and left with very specific actions to take. I felt confident about my care.
Doctors were very condescending and rude.
Cambridge Otolaryngology is the absolute worse. Their billing process is probably as bad as it can be. They refuse to work with me to see if there is any financial assistance available. Additionally, the only way to pay was through mail or through the phone and tell you receipt is only available through the mail in 2 weeks. What sort of primitive process is this?! The representative was rude and insulting. I wish I got her name to publicize it here. My advice is to avoid having any interaction with this practice as much as p... read more
