Utterly disgraceful service Carpark is a nightmare especially for the elderly Never have I been charged a fee to just become a new patient! $10 Then the poor English , from rude staff who act like you're interrupting them, or an inconvenience. After 3 consecutive visit asking again another consultation fee over telephone for medical certificate. Ridiculous. They referred me to skg and asking the med certificate asking $$$. Is it same everywhere?
I recently had a frustrating experience at Cambridge Medical Practice regarding my 1-year-old daughter's appointment. Due to an accident on the freeway, I found myself running about 20 minutes late. I called the clinic to inform them of the situation, hoping they would understand and accommodate us. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were met with an unexpected wait time of over an hour. Dr Sanjay provided excellent service was knowledgeable and caring. Would definitely recommend except he no longer works there and the alternatives are incompetent at best
