I just went in this clinic because of the amazing doctor Dr. Brenno Becker. I called today and I was informed that he did not worked there anymore. The receptionist refused to give any information about him or if he still in Perth. Honestly, the customer service there was always bad, I was overcharged in my last appointment and had issues to receive my refund. The only reason I went there was for the great services provided by doctor Brenno, he was always professional and friendly. Never coming back in this clinic.
I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for caring, professional healthcare. Thank you to Dr. Hou and the entire team for such excellent service.

My partner saw a doctor here and was dismissed and not properly tested meaning he didn’t get diagnosed with a respiratory infection and was still out in the community when he should have been isolating if he had this diagnosis. Very unsafe for those who are immunocompromised or pregnant. On a different occasion, I had another doctor question me on why I had low iron and she “is vegetarian too so that shouldn’t matter”.
