The hoa is a fraud money laundering operation.. cannot pull up any documents on the contracts they have for snow removal. They do not plow Even when 2 inches they do not salt anything hardly.. and they had 10 guys with shovels doing a whole neighborhood. no machine supposed to have 2 machines on site they had 1 which was not the right kind...the residents need to form a legal group and sue the hoa

I agree with the other negative reviews about D R Horton. I personally dealt with the superintendents at each of their construction sites. They are completely bigoted and hard core fascists! But anyway, they cut corners immensely and do their very best to sell anyone a poorly built home. Their homes are cheap because they get their materials from China! IF YOU ARE READING THIS POSTING THEN BEWARE!
