Very shady management
They Took Very Good Care of My Mother in-law Margaret Williams She passed away about 5-6 yrs Ago,The Kitchen Staff Manager I think there is Amazing Lisa Radford lail,She treated my Mother-in-law amazing Margie loved her,Ty for taking great care of her
The facility is decent enough, but omg the management is disgusting, both personally and professionally. Horrible human beings. This is the 2nd ALG-owned facility my loved one went to and the 1st one (Country Time in Gastonia NC) was the same.
The staff are so rude!!!!! ALG (parent company) are unresponsive and dismissive. AVOID THIS FACILITY IF YOU CAN. Sherry Arant was a decent Exec Dir but she is no longer here. The replacement is Nina Joyner and she has been useless so far.
