I went to get my hearing aids repaired. I have dealt with the company before to get them set up and I was more than happy with service. After Tiffany explained that I might be charged a fee for repair I agreed of course. She found some wax buildup and said no charge. Thanks. I will be back and suggest you get some good service if you need hearing aids.
I wanted a copy of my hearing test and they wanted to charge me 100 dollars for a copy. I am totally disappointed with that place.
Ive had nothing but problems with Amplifon since the beginning. Spent 3 hours in the office to purchase, because of disorganization. Finally got that done then end of November my aids starting to disconnect and reconnect sporadically. Went to office spent hour there at least with technical people and problem was not fixed. Called back to let the know and have not heard back anything. I would not recommend amplifon to anyone as my experience has been terrible. I have to take my aids out and put it my ear buds to talk and list... read more
Amazingly caring staff and wonderful communicators. They explained everything and were very patient. Incredible being able to hear clearly again!!!
