The lady that tested me was very good and helpful. They had a technical glitch on programming the aids. I spent 20 minutes in the waiting room until the receptionist bothered to update me on what was happening. I had another appointment and couldn't wait around for them to straight it out. I told them that , the lady that did the test wanted to try and fit me in to come back. The receptionist was not helpful at all and said the next appointment available was in 3 weeks. I went to this clinic. They are really nice. Mercedes Carreiro Was so helpful. It’s nice to have a company that will help submit the quote for approval. She made me feel great about having to wear hearing aids. Nice they have rechargeable hearing aids
