As nice an experience as one can have at the ER. Brought in my roommate, and the nurses and docs seemed attentive, and we only had to ask for things like a blanket once, and it got taken care of when they had the next free moment.
came for dehydration, fainting, pots, and past cardiology issues. they refused to give me an iv, any blood tests, or an ekg. they discharged me while i was sleeping, called me a drunk, and said that my girlfriend was just a friend and she wasn’t allowed to see me. extremely rude, didn’t believe any of my symptoms, severely homophobic, and security put their hands on me because i didn’t leave (because i was ASLEEP and didn’t know i was discharged). they also threw out my personal belongings. actually just insane behavior. whe... read more
I cannot warn you enough! DO NOT have any good expectations! My daughter was brought into the emergency department by her girlfriend after she vomited and passed out and hand very shallow breathing. Her blood pressure had dropped to dangerously low levels. Upon entering, the nurse complained that she smelled like vomit. Ummm...that is because she is sick and got sick. Big thanks to the folks who reset my shoulder yesterday
Last night I bought my 15 year old daughter in cha er, she was very sick and the nurse did not want to do her job. I felt like the nurse was very racist and ignorant and unwilling to even offer small gesture kindness or basics. The doctor acted like she had better things to do as well
