Not a fan roaches since we moved in, mice the size of rats when we left but don't worry they'll put down a sticky pad or two. Maintenance is so far backed up u better do it urself. And when I left my lease early instead of charginge the 25% she just kept charging me rent??? Def a slum lord. And 5 star reviews are probably from the owner begging for them like she did myself. I have lived here for 3 going on 4 years. The only positive remark I can say is Sherry is very sweet and understanding , she does her job. I would have moved a long time ago if I could afford it. The place is falling apart literally. I’m surprised I haven’t gotten sick and died . I had to live with cockroaches crawling all over my apartment and I’m a total clean person, have been all my life. I'm still upset that on New years eve last year the day I got my keys I wasn't given the right ones I had to pay a locksmith $200 to gain entrance to my place but no one ever reimbursed me for that discrepancy.
