Fantastic office I have to give them some recognition. Stopped by their office on a whim while I was traveling from out of state to see if they had any availability during the busy holidays. The friendly tech Andrea (sp?) was able to get me in the same day. And Dr Elhabiby, was great as took the time to get me fitted. Fast, friendly, affable and accommodating. Thanks guys!
Everyone was nice here but I had a bad experience. The guy that answers the phone said my insurance was "covered" and said I just had to submit the paperwork on my own as they don't do it. It's "out-of-network". Had I known this I would have never gone here. He needs to use that terminology when answering questions like this. It was a total bait-and-switch manuever to get people in, have them pay and later find out their insurance isn't even in-network. Struggled to find a good eye doctor for a long time, but finally did here! Amazing job, very kind and helpful. Answered all my questions. The man at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable and kind towards me and my wife. The doctor did a great job. Thank you Dr. Elhabiby!
Great doctors! I had a great experience, the manager was amazing, and so were the doctors. I’ve recommended them already to friends, they’re amazing.
Amazing! The staff was professional and very nice. Dr. Tammer was very thorough with the outcome of my eye exam as well as his findings. I highly recommend their services.
