TERRIBLE HR department. Most discrimination I've ever received from a company namely "Meg Brown". I have worked here previously then was let go due to sezuire disorder WHICH MEG overstepped boundaries by sending my DOCTOR questions without asking me first. I've got a whole 5 pages of questions she asked without my consent before they let me go. Terrible company! We installed their system in our warehouse, but it doesn’t work. Customer service is hard to reach, and when we do get through, they come up with all sorts of excuses to refuse service. They are unwilling to come for repairs.
Cambridge technical and customer support have always treated me well. Though they don’t pick up on the first call, they always call back and have an answer/resolution. Products work just as well as any other reputable manufacturer…
Horrible service, spent hours on hold or waiting for someone from parts and someone from tech support, I guess my money isn’t green enough for you to take my call and allow me to spend money with your company.
