Entered trade counter, waited while two staff fiddled in the warehouse knowing I was waiting, while another member of staff sat in the office facing me through a larger window without any acknowledgment I was on the premises, after about 15 minutes a chap appeared (without face covering) when I asked for an item, he told me the item I wanted was not in stock, without even looking on the computer.
