My hot water heater was not heating the water. The very next morning it was reset and resolved immediately with follow up calls from Tally to ensure the issue was resolved. As always, I feel confident in the staff caring for this community.
We only have one elevator and it was down from June 19 till July 3. Then out again July 23 till ?? We really can’t but our groceries. When I go to the store I just buy what will fit in 1 bag. And it is very hard to carry our trash out. One lady is one a walker so I try to take her trash out I asked the office and was she said she didn’t know but one place in Houston had to wait 6 months (not really the kind of up lift you want to hear). Just wish corporate would come and talk with us about some issues we have. Thank you
