Very wonderful people, they are professional, but laid back. They interact with you and treat you like a human being. This agency is very accomodating to the needs of the individual they are working with! I would recommend anyone looking for a therapist or case manager to seek services through this agency!
Unbelievably unethical. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are one of 3 in network facilities for my insurance. Mrs. Shepherd spent 45 mins on the phone discussing my child's case. She said she would take her as a patient and assured me that she could help her. She told me to check with her school to make sure she would have excused absences for appointments as she was full during evenings. After I checked, I called her back to confirm the appointment. I have seen counselors before and Mrs.Shepherd is my favorite out of many. she is very helpful with school and personal issues, I couldnt ask for a better counselor than her.
