Brilliant, insightful, highly recommended.
Dr Edwards is an amazing human being, does so much above and beyond for his patients. The reception girls are wonderful, absolutely no nonsense but as helpful as can be in genuine circumstances. Wait times can be long, but once you’re in with the doctor you have their full attention for as long as needed.
If you can get past the “gatekeeper” Jude or June!who is extremely rude and condescending, and speaks to you on the phone like your a nuisance ! It’s obvious she’s over it, and couldn’t care less! All the other women who answer are lovely and try their hardest to help. My doctor once asked me why I didn’t just ring up and leave a message, I told him ‘She more or less told me I’d have to make an appointment and the next available one was in 5 weeks!
