Daughter seen here by GP recently, dealt with very efficiently, staff very welcoming and helpful with my enquiries
Almost impossible to get an appointment and total disregard for GDPR. A work colleague this morning showed me my daughter's medical records including my wife's contact details which had been placed on their NHS app by the surgery! Utterly inept.
In the past couple of weeks I have been to the surgery for my blood pressure review and diabetic foot check and can I say I met two of the most polite and and pleasant nurses .Hannah Edwards and Abbie Nevill the surgery are lucky to have them
I am so grateful for the help I’m receiving from Cambridge avenue medical centre. I feel so supported and listened to. Dr Ranjan is so helpful and will make time to contact me whenever I have needed to speak to him. The staff who answer the phones and make appointments are always polite and kind, never rude, even when I have done something wrong on the online forms. I have never waited more than one day for an appointment. Thank you so much Cambridge avenue medical centre.
This visit was okay, it's just the car parking a nightmare!
