Cambridge athletic club is nicely equiped . It is clean and manageabke to move around and have a decent work out. The staff is nice and they help me in a friendly manner when I have questions.
I had a very bad experience at Cambridge Athletic Club. I was a member there for several years only because it was convinient to where I worked. When i finally decided to move to a more modern facility closer to where i Live (for less money) I found it very difficult to get out of the club contract and they ended up charging me for an additional 2 months against my will. This place is great, they have everything you need for a great workout. I do not live near the gym but I work in the city, I have tried alot of the other big gyms in the city and the staff at Cambridge Athletic Club is the best by far. I have recommended the gym to many friends and would recommend it to anyone else who was looking for a good place to get a good workout.
One of my coworkers over at the Cummings Center suggested I try out his club as I wasn't happy where I was. I'm glad I did because Beverly Athletic Club has so much more to offer and the equipment is way better. They even have personal tvs on all the cardio. Now in addition to my workouts I play hoop after work and have added swimming to my regular routine. Friendly staff and not over crowded. For under $50 a month this place rocks. Check it out!
I've belonged to a number of area gyms and I have to say this club rocks in comparison. The staff is outgoing and friendly, place is clean and there's more to do than other area gyms. In addition to working out I play basketball and squash here and have made some great friends including my girlfriend who I met following a spin class. Definitely worth checking out this club and it even has free parking!
