Resident of 2 years . This site has been through countless managers. Present manager at least makes an effort. Best part of this review. Countless bugs/roaches since day 1 to final day here,in both units.... Maintenance lacking ...also no notification of when maintenance or any services performed when entering unit. Stating that they were in your unit.. Laundry is a constant guess of quality and use/ cleanliness of area repainted with over spray of paint on machines pure example of lack of care.. Water bills are insanely ... read more
Cockroaches, cabinet literally fell on my head while I was using the bathroom (VERY heavy btw) "new flooring" with holes all in the floor, they painted over the counters in the kitchen and the bathroom, mold on and everywhere inside the vents, trash always piles up near the dumpster, it smells absolutely awful outside, laundry area is a complete mess and the washers and dryers rarely work, it was filthy when I moved in windows, floors countertops and especially right outside the door and balcony area. Pictures on the website... read more
Its been since May and my ac unit is still not fixed. They're claiming they're getting a new compressor and that they need a "qoute" for it. Its been a week since they claimed that and they're still saying they need a qoute. It doesn't take a week to get a qoute. It should only take 3 days to fix a malfunctioning ac unit, not longer than a month. The portable ac unit doesn't cool down the apartment at all. Its been above 85 degrees in my apartment. Just fix my ac and I'll delete this review.
Son lugares recomendables ,
Lived here a year now and it's been very pleasant. We live on the bottom and we have been blessed with good neighbors. Quiet and very quick to make things happen. We have not seen bugs or anything else. Lawn care every Monday. Would recommend very highly. Their cleaning up the place, new roofs and gutters. Love it here...PERIOD.
