Its been since May and my ac unit is still not fixed. They're claiming they're getting a new compressor and that they need a "qoute" for it. Its been a week since they claimed that and they're still saying they need a qoute. It doesn't take a week to get a qoute. It should only take 3 days to fix a malfunctioning ac unit, not longer than a month. The portable ac unit doesn't cool down the apartment at all. Its been above 85 degrees in my apartment. Just fix my ac and I'll delete this review.

Lived here a year now and it's been very pleasant. We live on the bottom and we have been blessed with good neighbors. Quiet and very quick to make things happen. We have not seen bugs or anything else. Lawn care every Monday. Would recommend very highly. Their cleaning up the place, new roofs and gutters. Love it here...PERIOD.
I haven’t moved in yet, but my experience so far has been great . Bri has been great and very helpful. She’s been professional and quick. She takes her time not explain and answer all questions I’m looking forward to moving into the Cambridge soon.
Apartment inside is nice... that's the star... The rest..Unfortunately....Outside..landscaping non existent.. ant piles.. moss /mold /feces smell. No flowers no mulch..Residents walking dogs not picking up there messes. Pool furniture scattered everywhere non maintained..pool hours/ rules not followed or enforced .Multiple apartment managers. Complaints ignored. Or acted on.. Smell of weed drug use unable to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air.. on patio/balcony..Entrance ways cluttered trash etc. Balconies with trash. Slidi... read more
