This place is horrible. The maintenance takes a month to fix simple problems. I live by myself and my water bill is over $100. They tackle on bills after they’re supposed to be due and they add tons of double charges/ in known charges. Save yourself the trouble and don’t move here.
I have been living in this apartment for nearly 3 years. We really need Julie back. She was on top of EVERYTHING compared to the current management. Ever since the hurricane, things have gone downhill so quickly. Had to call multiple time for my ac to be fixed. I shouldn’t have to call more than five times just for one thing. Maintenance doesn’t come as scheduled requested via online. What’s the point of putting the availability for maintenance to come over when they don’t even show up as requested? This property is the worst to stay at they steal rent money, maintenance does not exist , there is mold everywhere while double charging for water from them city and the apartments this is a slumb lord property
