We moved into the Cambridge apartments in Clarksville Indiana 47129 on July 23rd of 2022. On August the 5th of 2022 at approximately 2:30 in the morning, three of us in the apartment, sleeping on the floor, we're awoke. There was screaming, running across the floor above us and someone being thrown to the floor again and again as they were running again... It was a child running from someone. I use to live here and it sucked after I left with so many tweakers and ex maintenance guy tried assaulting me withe with a baseball bat I've tried to tell them. They charged me extra rent and I turned the power off and broke a lease now I have a 3k balance that they did out of pettyness. Count your days. I'm contacting a lawyer and I will talk to a few residents with 1 star reviews and get a settlement for all!
I just want to express the maintenance man at this location is a very good guy . He is always on top of everything that occurs . The management team is so professional when it comes to handling matters brought to their attention.. thanks for everything always . God bless 🫶🏽
