Haven't got our car back yet and it's been a month we have been without it. Every day there is a new reason, delayed parts etc and not one provisional date has stuck. Really really wish we had tried someone else. Going away this weekend and they 'say' it will be ready end of Friday... but I have 0 confidence at this point and they also say it won't be before the end of the day so we would have to delay our departure to maybe have our car... or go with the small,uncomfortable and extremely basic replacement vehicle instead. Super helpful staff very friendly staff they did a fantastic job on repairing my car as had a slight accident in a car park the car has come back looking like new and very clean I cannot rate them highly enough
