The staff always polite and helpful always manage to get an appointment if needed . Also the phone is always answered and the GPS/nurses I have come across are professional and you feel listened to. ! 🙂

Absolutely awful. Receptionist Maria doesn't like anybody getting appointments. Very annoying and rude. Had enough. Nowhere else to go.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the doctor's surgery. The staff is unhelpful and unreachable, as I have struggled to get appointments due to constantly being put on hold and even having the phone line disconnected on me multiple times. On top of that, the medical needs of patients are not being met effectively, resulting in a lack of proper care and attention. Such as medication not being prescribed on time, getting it wrong, being so ill but they won't get me any help, and more the list is endless. Overall... read more
