I had a wonderful experience with Irina. She was patient and kind. Her gentle vinyasa class was beginner friendly and just what I needed on vacation. I learned a few new poses while being gently instructed on slight adjustments I could make to improve my practice. Irina even took the time to suggest a few things to see and do while in Manly. If you've never tried yoga on the beach this is the class for you. Worth every penny!

I have no prior experience with yoga and thought I am not supple enough but Irina showed me not only the proper version of the exercises but also the variations for people who can't do the proper version yet. She is very patient and knowledgeable.
