Awful experience with ladies on the reception .only the blonde lady is very helpful and friendly the rest don't deserve to stay specially the lady with short hair.
Since going on line with their appointments you cannot make telephone appointments. This is ridiculous as you cannot make an appointment even though your doctor has requested you. It looks to me that they don’t want to work anymore they certainly don’t have the patients best interests at heart.
Recently rejoined. Everyone has been nice to me! Times are hard - they are doing their best.
I was unable to access the triage. My computer was updating. The receptionist was curt, rude, and impatient. I explained I could not access the appointment system. Get new staff. Some of us pay huge nhs amounts. People will die waiting. Oh wait they are. Disgusting
Brilliant service.
