Pleased not to have to go to Shrewsbury for a cardiac check - there is now an option not to drive so far. Got lucky with a parking space but next time would pay and use the range opposite - parking is really tight and you can get blocked in by the entitled. Zero airborne infection control as standard medical settings, so wear an ffp2 and get out as quick as possible.
After 40 years with this practice, going back to when they were at Cae Glas Surgery, they recently decided I’m out of their catchment and advised me to seek a new GP. Before I’ve even received a confirmation from a Welsh GP as to whether they will accept me, Cambrian have today locked me out of all my NHS online records. Talk about stressful!
Awful experience with ladies on the reception .only the blonde lady is very helpful and friendly the rest don't deserve to stay specially the lady with short hair.
Since going on line with their appointments you cannot make telephone appointments. This is ridiculous as you cannot make an appointment even though your doctor has requested you. It looks to me that they don’t want to work anymore they certainly don’t have the patients best interests at heart.
Recently rejoined. Everyone has been nice to me! Times are hard - they are doing their best.
