Recently rejoined. Everyone has been nice to me! Times are hard - they are doing their best.
I was unable to access the triage. My computer was updating. The receptionist was curt, rude, and impatient. I explained I could not access the appointment system. Get new staff. Some of us pay huge nhs amounts. People will die waiting. Oh wait they are. Disgusting
Brilliant service.
Lady doctor extremely rude and condescending, spoke to me like a 6 Yr old child. She needs to go back and have refresher course on how to speak to patients. Caused me to have massive panic attack, my family are filling a complaint against her.
