Train staff for residence with needs. Upper manage needs to provide better communication/training. Basically they need to care about their residence with needs not just the ones that can care for themselves. If they can't then they need to change the name to Independent Living not Assisted.
My mother just moved in 2 days ago. The staff is wonderful; making her feel at home 😊
This is an outstanding facility with equally outstanding and caring staff!
