Scheduled respite for a big night out...our provider cancels 2 hours prior, day of w/ "stomach bug!" 1st time we used it they gave our provider the wrong apt number (in a gated access building) & a completely wrong phone number too! (So they couldn't contact us.) Another time, we scheduled respite and they "forgot" to put it on the books...found out when I called at the scheduled time, wondering where our provider was! Horrible service, flaky providers.

the sun city office has horrible staffing issues and their employees dont show up at clients houses when they are suppose to.

Pues su muy lindo personal ,son muy amables ,lastima ke yo no puedo perfecto inglés ellos me llamaron muy amable para una entrevista para ser parte de ellos pero Tube temor de ser parte de ellos y no fui a la entrevista para ser parte del personal de Homecare y si e trabajado cuidando se ňores mayores de parte del Estado, pero para este trabajo creo ke se requiere mucho ingles.😢gracias por está oportunidad divina.! gracias por llamarme por celular.😉
