We just bought our third vehicle from Cambrian Ford and Chris. Probably not our last.
Can you imagine; we booked a month before for a maintenance appointment and we have waited now 2 days with our vehicle in the shop and just received the call at 3 pm that they have still not looked at the van! Has anyone else experienced such poor customer service? Would not even give them one star.., but you can't post unless you enter a star They must overbook and serve the customer they want?
Recently I ended up in a difficult situation because my truck, which wouldn't start was towed to Cambrian, having to leave my specialty fifth wheel trailer stranded. Even though they were very busy and missing technicians, when I explained the emergency situation, they were very understanding and managed to get the truck repaired quickly and back to me. Aces to everyone in the service department, you guys are the best!!!
My wife was charged over 5 hrs to service brakes on a 2 year old Maverick. I know that's highway robbery because if it wasn't for arthritis I would've done them in a few hours in the driveway. Furthermore, I was charged more than book rate which I don't understand, I guess someone has to pay the slacker... Stay away from this Service Dept.
Avoid at all costs. Booked appt w Nancy (who is very lovely) Explained I had extended warranty, there was no issue. I arrive today to the guy at service desk saying they don’t take 3rd party warranty (even tho it was purchased from Ford Canada) So he checks my Vin for remaining factory warranty (2021 bronco big bend) However I was informed it may not cover the job (radio screen is black) so I took the keys back and left.
