I've been employed at Cambrian for 5.5 years. I've worked in other healthcare settings such as skilled nursing and a hospital. When all is said and done, Cambrian is my home. I love my coworkers, they are like my family, and the owners do an amazing job at making sure that Cambrian is a warm and welcoming place for our senior community to call home. It truly has been one of the best places to start a career for many, including myself.
I've worked at the Tecumseh location for 2 years and it has by far been the best job I have ever had! Co-workers are great, management is very caring, families and residents are so grateful for the excellent care the staff provides. The buildings are beautiful and clean. Staff takes a lot of pride in working at Cambrian and serving our residents and their families.
Cambrian is an amazing place to work. I have worked at Cambrian for going on 6 years now. I am so blessed to work with such an amazing team. The staff are dedicated to the residents and providing them with the best care possible. The staff have the heart for the residents and their families The residents bring such joy to my life each and everyday. I am so thankful for the joy working at Cambrian has brought to my life.

This is an amazing place for loved ones!! They love their patients and their family as the staff becomes family. I highly recommend anyone’s loved ones to check them out as they will be well taken care of and treated as family !!
